Saline Solution
Just as you would salt your food to bring out flavor, the same is done by modern mixologists to accentuate the flavors of the ingredients in the cocktail. Usually just a few drops are needed, and every mixologist has their preference, but you simply just add 4 parts water to 1 part salt. This is saline solution. Generally you want to use a Kosher salt and you want to add in to each cocktail just about 5 drops per drink.
