Episode #2446 – Atomic Anny from The Lun Wah
A throwback to one of my all time favorite tiki bars which has since closed. The Lun Wah in Roselle NJ not only had great food, but certainly the best tiki cocktails of any of the remaining tiki bar/restaurants in New Jersey. The owner Chris was kind enough to share this recipe for my book. INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces vodka
- 3/4 ounce Licor 43 (Cuarenta y Tres)
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce coconut cream (try Real Brand)
- 1 ounce honey syrup (honey/water mix)
