Episode #2405
Shag Cocktail Party
From the genius of Shag, an illustrated book on the simplicity of a cocktail party with easy to make cocktail and appetizer recipes. My favorites is the mini meatballs. Once you make the meatball itself, you can do anything with them or make they any type of food for a themed party: Italian, just add marinara sauce; Asian, just add soy sauce; Hawaiian, just add Duck Sauce or crushed pineapples; Japanese, add teriyaki; brown gravy and you are in Tuscany. The possibilities are endless since nearly every culture has its version of a ground or minced beef rolled into a ball. The recipe is right here! Once you made your appetizer and cocktail, watch the full episode to enjoy a slide show of Shag’s cocktail art set to Henry Mancini.
