Episode #2451 – Kalahari Resorts Captain’s Coco
An icy rainy day brings us to the Kalahari Resorts in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. One of the largest indoor waterparks in the country, they have a convention center, pools, hotel, arcade and half a dozen restaurants. The Captain’s Coco is a 24oz drink served at their Cracked Coconut tiki bar.
Captain’s Coco Cocktail (One standard drink)
- 2 ounces Spiced Rum (Captain Morgan’s)
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- Garnish: Ground nutmeg
