My most favorite tiki drink is the Jet Pilot. It is not just my favorite tiki drink but one of my all time favorite cocktails as well.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 ounce clarified lime juice
- 1/2 ounce acid-adjusted grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce JD Velvet Falernum
- 3/4 ounce Coruba Jamaican Dark rum
- 3/4 ounce Flor de Cana dark rum
- 3/4 ounce Hamilton 151 Demerara rum
- 1/2 ounce Grog Syrup
- 1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup
- 5 drops saline solution
- 5 drops absinthe
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
