Ube Syrup
Ube is a Japanese root vegetable that is most similar to a yam or sweet potato. It has an incredible unique and delicious taste that is just urging you to try it in place of traditional syrup in any cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 7ml or 1/2 tablespoon/1.5 teaspoon ube flavoring
- 4 ounces (111 grams) white granulated sugar
- 4 ounce (111 grams) spring water
- METHOD: On low heat dissolve sugar with water until completely dissolved. Add ube flavoring, allow to cool and bottle.
