Christmas Cocktails
Holiday entertaining does not have to be a drag. Here are 5 simple cocktails that can be pre-batched (made in advance) and will hold up indefinitely and/or for at least several months in the fridge since they are all straight spirits and liqueurs. Some of these might look familiar and have similar ingredients to the Negroni, Espressotini, Melonball and a Blue Hawaiian, but that is the beauty. Whatever leftovers you have, you can save them in the fridge or freezer and have them for another cocktail party sometime in the future and re-rename them back to their original titles since they are all classics, and good all year round or for any celebration or party.
Santa’s Helper
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee
- 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup
Rudolph’s Run
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce dry gin
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
Top Shelf Elf
- 2 ounces Midori or green melon liqueur
- 1 ounce vodka
Blue Christmas
- 1/2 ounce Blue Curaçao
- 1/2 ounce Vanilla Syrup
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce coconut rum
