Farmers Fishers Bakers (Washington DC) is located on the water in a beautiful section of Washington Harbour. The restaurant and bar is spacious and the food is very good. While it is not a tiki bar, they do have a cocktail menu of tiki drinks with authentic historical recipes, and even served in tiki mugs. They have a wall full of numerous spirits like a library, and pretty fair prices at that.
