For one of the world’s largest cities and destinations, Manhattan is certainly lacking tiki bars. While this one is not necessarily tiki, it is tropical and does it very well. They really mix it up with a lot of other spirits not normally associated with tiki or even tropical. To name a few I Want to Be Adored has gin, Cigarettes After Sex has Mexcal, and Happier Than Ever is a drink on the Happy Hour menu which has Tito’s Vodka, Giffard Lychee, Giffard Strawberry, Licor 43, lime and served straight up in a coupe.
