Pink Dolphin
Cartagena, Colombia – In the Old Town in Cartagena you can find a corner bar of an upscale hotel called Pink Dolphin. The decor is fortified with tropical leaves, neon signage and an oval bar full with bitters and all the components of craft mixology. They are doing some things with mezcal, especially my favorite, Siete Misterios.
